Reflection
Ministries was born out of the ongoing ministry of Bill & Margaret
Frisbee. Early in 1998, while Bill was undergoing treatment for
prostate cancer at the
Radiotherapy Clinics of Georgia, they saw a need for prayer and
fellowship of the patients. So, in March of 1998, the Frisbees began
offering a dinner at their home for these men and their wives. The
dinner is now meeting every other Monday. This dinner, in the
relaxed atmosphere of their home, gives an opportunity for
Christian encouragement, counseling, and discipleship. It also
offers a springboard for quality time with individuals. Bill and
Margaret Frisbee have a faith ministry
* to cancer patients
under the auspices of
PEF. Men with prostate cancer are drawn from around the world
for this unique treatment, which lasts approximately ten weeks.
Bill was
born and reared in Miami, FL. His family was active in the
Shenandoah Presbyterian Church. He is a graduate of Belhaven
College in Jackson, MS, and Columbia Theological Seminary in
Decatur, GA. He pastored churches in Fort Lauderdale, FL; Baton
Rouge, LA; and the Atlanta, GA, area. Bill’s schedule allows him to
preach on Sundays when needed. He is also available to hold Bible
Conferences and to speak at Missions Conferences.
Margaret
was born and reared in Alexandria, LA. Her family was active in the
First Presbyterian Church. She also attended Belhaven College.
While Bill pastored in LA, she founded the gospel youth choir, “His
People.” One of her passions is music, which has led her to direct
children, youth, and adult choirs for over 30 years. Margaret is
also a gifted speaker, and is available to speak to women’s groups
and retreats.
They have three children and nine grand-children.
